This website may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only after you accept cookies via the consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2). PostHog (EU cloud, eu.posthog.com / eu.i.posthog.com) is used for product and event analytics and is only initialised after you accept cookies via the consent banner. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and session-replay technology; it is only activated after you accept cookies via the consent banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, and data portability. To exercise these rights or ask questions about data processing, contact us at mail@hacklaender-consulting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)

Analytics and tracking are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). Contacting us via the booking calendar or contact form is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Hosting infrastructure is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the website).

Data retention

GA4 data: up to 14 months (account default). Microsoft Clarity session data: typically up to 30 days per Microsoft's product terms. PostHog: retention follows the project settings in PostHog (EU); review your PostHog data settings for exact periods. Contact requests: deleted after 6 months unless a business relationship is established. Netlify access logs: up to 30 days.

Third-party services

We use: cal.com for scheduling (see cal.com privacy policy); Netlify for hosting and edge delivery; Google (Google Tag Manager and GA4 when you have consented); Microsoft Clarity for session replay and heatmaps when you have consented; PostHog (EU) for event and session analytics when you have consented; LinkedIn for share links and optional campaign tracking when configured. Data may be processed in the EU and in the USA under appropriate safeguards where applicable.
